This original mixed media wall art piece features an underwater ocean scene with two sea turtles, fish, and colorful coral. This piece is made entirely from tissue paper and premium card stock paper (it is NOT a painting.) Known as decoupage, I created this piece using multiple layers of tissue paper. It has been finished with a high gloss water based sealant. The image measures 9" x 12" and is double matted and framed. The black wood frame measures 11" x 14." There is an easel the back of the frame for tabletop display as well as a hanger for wall mounting.
